Everything you need to know about the new Clayton Hotel in Manchester City Centre [Case Study]

After a 187-week construction programme, the stunning new Clayton Hotel in Manchester city centre is now complete and will be opening its doors to customers. One Electrical is delighted to have provided the luminaires for this prestigious development on Portland Street.

Working closely with all parties, from the client to the mechanical and electrical team, we supplied the desired luminaires as designed & requested by one of the UK’s leading practices. The hotel features 329 bedrooms across an incredible 18 stories and was built by Russel WBHO for Property Alliance Group and Dalata Hotel Group. The hotel opened its doors on Wednesday 5th January and is available for bookings now.

One Electrical supplied a total of 2775 fittings for the project, these include:

• Recessed Square Downlight (OE-15W-SQD)

• Anti-Glare Downlight (OE-KS20WDL19)

• BASS SPOTLESS LED tape (OE-10WBASS)

• Recessed Flat Adjustable Square Downlight (OE-9W-SQD-FTAJ)

• PEFI RGB + White LED tape (OE-20WPEFIRGBW)
